Cemana aku nak cakap, ek?

Aduh...!
Melihatnya sudah penat, mendengarnya pun cukup penat. Beginilah...aku ceritakan pelan pelan, ya?


  • You can change the organizational culture through process or people. 
  • You change the process, people will have to follow.
  • Or you change the people, the process could become better.
  • In any way, it is people who do the change.
  • If you change both at the same time, you're just creating a new organization.
  • Organizational  transformation is NOT just restructuring the organization chart.
  • And it will bleed a lot of us.
  • And we will need time to heal ourselves.

mengubah proses lebih cepat dapat result daripada mengubah manusia. short term solution.

mengubah manusia eventually akan menjadikan proses lebih baik. long term solution.

bergantung kepada organisasi. kalau nak kekal lama, ubah manusia. Tapi cost & time consuming.

betul ke saya merapu ni? hehe
